Shipping policy

Preparation of orders: All orders have a lead time of 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once prepared we proceed to its shipment and you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping tracking number or in case of collection in store a notice by mail indicating that your order is ready for collection.

Free collection in our store: If you live nearby and want to place your order online, you have the option of picking it up for free at the store at Plaza San Ildefonso 3, 28004 Madrid. More information about schedules and how to get there on the page Contact . Please remember to bring the order confirmation.

Free shipping: For orders equal to or greater than € 45.

Local Shipping: If the recipient is within a radius of 10km from our store at Plaza San Ildefonso 3, 28004 Madrid and wants to receive the order quickly, they can use this option. The minimum order is € 5 and the shipping cost is a fixed price of € 9.90 that will be sent via Glovo.

Shipments to the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: We offer a fixed price of € 6.90. Shipments have a delivery date of 2-4 days after order confirmation and payment (excluding weekends and holidays). In any case, once the order has been prepared for collection and shipment, we will contact you again by email to confirm the delivery date and the tracking number.

International deliveries: We offer international shipments at a fixed price of € 15. Your order may be subject to customs charges and import taxes when it arrives in the destination country. We are not responsible for paying these expenses, it would be the recipient who must pay them. International shipments have an approximate delivery date of between 5 and 15 working days, although it may depend on the destination country and, if it belongs, customs diversion. Once the order and your payment have been confirmed, we will contact you by email to confirm the delivery date and the tracking number.

Gift wrapping: We offer the service of wrapping the products for gifts and including a personalized note at no extra cost. You just have to indicate it when confirming the order or you can send us an email at info@nest-boutique.com or by calling us at 915 231 061.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product. Once the product is received in its original condition (without damage, with the product packaging) we will refund the money.

If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the product at info@nest-boutique.com and we will see the best way to solve the problem, for example, return the money or send a new product, etc.
