Any product you buy from Nest can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt. It is necessary that the merchandise is in perfect condition, in case of withdrawal, including the seals and packaging. It is important to pack the products well so that they do not suffer any damage and include all the components and original box / packaging of the product.
Once the product is received, we will refund the cost of the products. In the case of a return due to damage or errors on our part, together with the cost of the products, we will also reimburse you for shipping costs.

If you prefer, we can organize the collection of the product at no cost, or it can be delivered in person at our physical store at the same address indicated above.

3. Refund policy:
In the case of withdrawal, once we have verified that the returned product is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the amount and the shipping costs. The refund will always be made using the same method that you used in the purchase.
You have the right of withdrawal, without the need for any justification, within a period of fourteen calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The withdrawal should be notified in writing by sending it within the indicated period and it will be effective whatever the date of receipt. For our part, we will reimburse the amount paid using the same means of payment that you used or the one of your preference.
The withdrawal by the consumer will void the main and accessory contracts without incurring any cost to the consumer.
